I stayed at Grand Suites for 2 nights and it was perfect! The location was ideal, within walking distance to everything. Dave & Sue, the managers, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spacious yet cozy, and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. I even bought their hand/body wash and moisturiser because they were so amazing. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and would love to stay here again.

Excellent and absolutely perfect location in Lake Tekapo, close to a very good view of the lake as well as Church of Shepard.

Everything about this hip new hotel was fantastic. The room was brand-new and neat, complete with minimalistic decor and a fabulous bed, as for instance. In general the service was superb! The facilities were good and easy to use.

grand suites in lake tekapo exceeded all expectations, surpassing our previous stay. gorgeous modern apartment with stunning lake views. friendly staff, fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds make it the perfect choice for exploring the coast.

What a fab Christmas we had! The place was really comfy and cozy. Loved the fact that they gave us complimentary toiletries - they smelled great! The location was top-notch - we could walk everywhere we needed to go. The bed was so incredibly comfortable, I never wanted to leave it!

On our last day, we had to check out at 10 am and got a call reminding us of that right at 10 am - talk about pressure! our key stopped working as soon as the clock hit 10.

The rooms were spacious with a fantastic bed and simple, modern decor. It was great to have a microwave, electric kettle, and stovetop available. The location of the property was absolutely breathtaking, right in the heart of Lake Tekapo.

The staff, especially David and Sue, were incredibly helpful and friendly, giving us excellent tips on where to eat and what to see. We also appreciated the luxurious amenities, such as the heated towel racks and heated bathroom floors, which added an extra touch of comfort. we were thoroughly impressed with the level of luxury and the quality of service provided here.

During a trip with friends, we stayed at an accommodation with beautiful facilities and well-kept rooms. The view of the lake was stunning and the rooms were cozy and comfy. The hosts were warm and welcoming, providing helpful tips and recommendations. The apartment was spotlessly clean.

The strict check-out policy caused unnecessary stress during our departure, as the key stopped working at exactly 10am.

My family and I spent our Christmas holiday in a hotel that had a view of a lake. We loved the beautiful and modern accommodation that was comfortable and elegant. Our room had a fireplace, and the beds were extremely comfortable. We also appreciated that the hotel's location was extremely central, with grocery stores and restaurants within a few minutes walk. We especially enjoyed the breathtaking views that we could see from our room, which was priceless.

Although we had a wonderful stay at the hotel, there were some downsides. We found it inconvenient that there was no washing machine in our room, and we had to use the sharing facility, which had restricted usage times.
